people if you cant at least drive 75 stay off the interstate

i just hate slow ass people that know they cant drive but they do anyway, damn get real an let your momma drive for you slow pokes. im sorry but i get road rage cause of dumb asses that cant freakin drive like a grown up,cut you off only to slow down an cause you to wanna pull out your pistol an shoot their dumb ass. i just got back from taking my mom to the doctor on valleydale road , cause she was so sick an dizzy she could hardly walk an it was the new meds they gave her last wed. an they tried to say it was a viral infection , but i looked up the meds on webmd an all her simptoms was just what everyone else reported haveing , so what would you think ? maybe the doctor just did not want to admit he gave her the wrong meds for her , but he did say just take tylenol twice a day insteed of the other meds ???? huh i wander why???? well i have alot more to say but i gotta run get my mom's meds at the drug store , later folks....
